<br> to rescue, protect and health check
If the information, complaint or information about violence against children or child sexual abuse is received, the police personnel should write and register the necessary details, and if the children need to be rescued, they should be rescued immediately and send the victimized children to the temporary protection service.
(2) If the police personnel are found to be suffering from physical or mental pain, the police personnel shall immediately send them to the nearest hospital or health center for medical examination and treatment.
(3) When the police officer takes the statement of the child victim, the statement shall be taken in the presence of the child's parents, other family members or guardians if they can be present, and if they cannot be present, the statement shall be taken in the presence of the female representative of the social organization or the social worker. However, parents, guardians or other family members should not be present when taking statements about violence against children or child sexual abuse.
